Inclusion Criteria
  • Non-professional athletes
  • Pass heart/lung endurance tests
  • Pass ergometrics testing
Exclusion Criteria
  • Have been injured
  • Had physiotherapy for back or lower limbs in past 6 months
  • Orthopedic surgery in lower limbs
