Adult male or female with a diagnosis of Psoriasis.
Psoriasis defined as chronic, non contagious disease characterized by inflamed lesions covered with silvery white scabs of dead skin.
Moderate to severe Psoriasis was defined by the same group as BSA > 10 or PASI score > 10.
Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.
Patients of malignant disorders of skin will be excluded.
Patients of Leprosy & paralysis will be excluded.
Patients not being capable of giving their informed consent or not being capable of following the study conditions.
Patient having major illness like IHD, HTN, MI, TB, COPD, DM.

Name Time Method umber of patients with a PASI score reduction higher than 75%. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Number of patients with an improvement in mild moderate or severe adverse effects.Timepoint: 12 weeks
