Inclusion Criteria
1) Patient of first and second degree internal haemorrhoid.
2) Patients having first and second degree between age group 18-60 years.
3) All cases will be fresh/new who didnâ??t receive any local treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients having Grade 3 & 4 internal haemorrhoid,thrombosed piles and
Carcinoma of Rectum
2) Patients having underlying systemic diseases such as Diabetes, Malignancies, HIV, HBsAG and VDRL positive.
3) Post haemorrhoidectomy, Fissurectomy, fistulectomy patients and
Pregnant women.
4) Patient recieving any other local treatment for haemorrhoids.
