Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Being between 12\-14 years old
- •Studied in Bushehr high schools
- •Having a moderate to high internet addiction score
- •Having a device to connect to the Internet such as a smartphone
- •Willingness and consent of the teenager and his parents to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having a known mental illness and taking psychiatric drugs affecting behavior and speech; Participation in other similar research.
