Inclusion Criteria

  • •Inclusion criterias: 15\-25 years old patients; HIV\-negative; No Mental illness or chronic diseases besides thalassemia. Exclusion criterias: Specific disease during the study period that stop samples; inability to participate in the intervention; Sickle thalassemia patients.
