Inclusion Criteria
Group 1: 25 patients without coronary artery disease undergoing major intracranial neurosurgical procedure; and Group 2: 25 cardiac disease patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with contraindication to Transesophageal echocardiography, Patients presenting for emergency surgery

Name Time Method Hemodynamic response to Passive leg raising assessed by clinical methods and by transesophageal echocardiographyTimepoint: Assessment will be done at time points - baseline (before passive leg raising), 1 minute after passive leg raising and 10 minutes after passive leg raising.
