简要总结

This  split-mouth clinical study aims to compare proximal contact tightness between implant-supported prostheses and adjacent natural tooth contacts. Proximal contact tightness will be objectively measured using a digital force gauge at baseline (time of prosthesis insertion), 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. The primary outcome is the difference in contact tightness between implant-supported prosthesis and natural teeth over time, while the secondary outcome is the presence of proximal contact loss during follow-up. Adult patients aged 20–60 years requiring a  implant-supported prosthesis with adjacent natural teeth will be recruited. By evaluating changes in contact tightness over multiple time points, this study aims to provide clinical evidence on contact stability around implant restorations. The findings may help clinicians improve proximal contact design, reduce complications such as food impaction and patient discomfort, and enhance the long-term success and maintenance of implant-supported prostheses.
