Inclusion Criteria

- Healthy adult
- Aged 20-45 years old
- Body mass index ranged 18.5-24.9 kg/m2
- Able to consume mungbean
- No food allergy
- Normal lifestyle in the previous week
- No smoking
- No alcohol drinking

Exclusion Criteria

- Pregnancy
- Diagnosed with non-communicable disease
- Diagnosed with communicable disease
- Significantly weight loss or weight gain in the past 6 months
- Taking any medications or dietary supplementswithin 4 weeks
- Athletes
- Never consuming mungbean
- Habitual smoking or alcohol consumption
