Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients admitted to the ICU for at least 24 hours following accidental traumatic injuries
2. Traumatic injuries severe enough to warrant ICU admission or complications of injuries requiring ICU admission
3. Age group 16-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Head injuries
2. Self-inflicting injuries
3. Psychotic symptoms or cognitive impairment at the time of admission
4. Refusal to participate
