- •History of Anti fungal, Anti bacterial, Corticosteroid drugs usage in last month
- •Hypersensitivity to Ganoderma or Clotrimazole
- •Immune suppression disorders
- •Alzheimer disease
- •Neuromuscular disease
- •Mental disorders and lack of cooperation
- •Chemotherapy or radiotherapy of head and neck in present or past
