Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Adolescent with age group between 14 to 18 years
  • •2\.Having a diagnosis of T1DM \> 6 months and getting insulin injection.
  • •3\.HBAIC \>6\.5
  • •4\.Able to speak and understand Hindi/English
  • •5\.Willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Cognitive impairment
  • •2\.History of major psychiatric disorders
  • •3\.Severe diabetes\-related complications
  • •4\.Pregnancy
