Inclusion Criteria
1. Adolescent with age group between 14 to 18 years
2.Having a diagnosis of T1DM > 6 months and getting insulin injection.
3.HBAIC >6.5
4.Able to speak and understand Hindi/English
5.Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1.Cognitive impairment
2.History of major psychiatric disorders
3.Severe diabetes-related complications
4.Pregnancy
