Inclusion Criteria
- Male patients with catheterization after pseudo-general anesthesia, ASA I-II; 2. Age 60 to 75 years old, BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m2; 3. The patient has normal communication ability and no cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients or family members are informed and sign consent forms.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with bladder dysfunction, including bladder outflow tract obstruction, neurogenic bladder dysfunction, and bladder overactivity syndrome (urination frequency higher than 8 times /24h or 3 times/night); 2. Abnormal urethral anatomy; 3. Patients with increased intracranial pressure or central nervous system injury; 4. Patients who have or have had a history of serious mental disorders; 5. Combined with glaucoma; 6. Patients with a history of narcotic analgesic drugs or alcohol dependence.
