Inclusion Criteria
All patients of age group 18 to 60 years of ASA 1 and 2 undergoing abdominal and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Any contraindication or un willingness for spinal anaesthesia.
2)Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2
3)Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, risk of coronary or vascular disease.
4)Increased intraocular or intracranial pressure/glaucoma.
5)History of psychosis, convulsions, neuromuscular diseases.
6)Patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Incidence of intraoperative shivering.Timepoint: Grade of shivering intraoperatively will be assessed and recorded every 5 min for the initial 30 min followed by every 15 min till the end of surgery.
