- age 18-65 years
- ASA clasiification I-III
- undergo general anesthesia with orthopedics surgery
- duration of surgery 1-3 hours
- no inform consent
- ketamine allergy
- BMI > 35 kg/m2
- preoperative core temperature > 38 c or < 35 c
- hypo-hyperthyroidism
- Parkinson's disease
- requiring blood transfusion during surgery
- severe cardiopulmonary disease
- neuromuscular disease
- history of convulsion
- pregnancy
- not pass reocery room
- plan post operative on respirator or ICU
- intake tramadol or clonidine before surgery
- receive ondansetron
- psychiatric disorder (Schizophrenia)
