2.Patients undergoing urological surgeries.
3.Elective Surgeries
4.Willing patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Emergency surgeries.
2.Patients who are not willing.
3.ASA III- IV graded patients.
4.Patients not fit for spinal anaesthesia.
5.Hypertensive patients
6.Patients with raised intra cranial pressure.
