Inclusion Criteria

elective spine surgery patient under GA
age 18-75-year-old
ASA physical status I-III

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy, psychiatric problems, chronic alcoholism, drug abuse, allergy to ketamine or morphine, history of receiving strong opioids before surgery, inability to use PCA, and lack of communication ability.
