Inclusion Criteria
1)Electively posted cases for modified radical mastectomy.
2)ASA 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with history of drug allergy to any of studied drugs .
2)Patients with difficulty in communication and pregnancy.
3)Patients with significant liver renal and cardiac disease
4)Morbid obesity ( BMI >40)

Name Time Method To assess and compare the effects of intravenous administration of 0.3mg/kg ketamine ,30mg/kg magnesium sulphate and 0.3mg/kg ketamine and 30mg/kg magnesium sulphate on postoperative pain and analgesic requirements in postoperative patients undergoing Modified Radical mastectomy surgeryTimepoint: Every 4 hrly till upto 12hrs postoperative.
