Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA physical status 1 patients of either sex.
2.Age between 18-50 yrs.
3.Scheduled for elective perianal surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients other than ASA physical status 1.
2.Patients with chronic headache.
3.Previous history of PDPH.
4.Patients on antiepileptic or antipsychotic drugs.
5.Patients on long term NSAIDS.
6.Pregnancy and lactation.
7.Weight >70 Kg.
8.Any other contraindications for subarachnoid block.
9.Patients who have undergone previous spine surgeries.
