入选标准
- •1.ASA physical status 1 patients of either sex.
- •2.Age between 18-50 yrs.
- •3.Scheduled for elective perianal surgeries.
排除标准
- •1.Patients other than ASA physical status 1.
- •2.Patients with chronic headache.
- •3.Previous history of PDPH.
- •4.Patients on antiepileptic or antipsychotic drugs.
- •5.Patients on long term NSAIDS.
- •6.Pregnancy and lactation.
- •7.Weight >70 Kg.
- •8.Any other contraindications for subarachnoid block.
- •9.Patients who have undergone previous spine surgeries.
