1.Age between 18 â?? 45 years
2.Gender â?? female
3.Voluntary participation and the ability to communicate effectively.
4.Subjects who are able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions.
5.Participants coming under moderate to high stress according to PSS.
Score ranging from 14-26 considered as moderate stress.
Score ranging from 27-40 considered as high stress.
1.Any musculoskeletal, neurological and Cardiopulmonary deficit.
2.Physically & mentally challenged.
3.Pregnant women
4.Subjects having severe visual disability and visual field defects.
5.Subject having significant perceptual, cognitive, or communication impairments.
