Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I & II undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Uncontrolled blood pressure, DM
Severe endocrine dysfunction
Uncompensated cardiac valvular lesions, myocarditis, pronounced cardiac arrhythmia
BMI >35kg/m2
Patients addicted to excessive use of alcohol, coal tar, tobacco and narcotic drugs
And patients who refuse to participate in this study
