Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient suffering from allergic Rhinitis

2.patients of age >18 years to 60 years will be selected irrespective of their gender, caste,religion, socio- economic or educational status

3.patients who are ready to accept the treatment will be selected

Exclusion Criteria

1.recurrent Rhinitis

2.formation of nasal polyp, tumor etc.

3.bronchial asthma

4.highly deviated nasal septum

5.infectious disease like T.B. and other systemic disorders which interfere in the course of treatment
