Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Adolescents who are able to complete 8 days training program
- •2 studying between the age group 17\-19 years in selected higher secondary schools in rural and urban area
- •3Able to read and write English and Malayalam
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Adolescents who are suffering with physical/psychological health concerns
- •3 missing the training program
- •4 Receiving treatment for chronic mental health issues
