Elderly with clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; Severity of mild and moderate dementia according to the Dementia Clinical Assessment Score; Availability for participation of the evaluations proposed by the researcher; Elderly persons and their respective caregivers who agree to the study procedures and who agree to sign the Informed Consent Form.
Elderly patients with coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmias, uncontrolled hypertension and angina symptoms, or who have any absolute restriction on physical exercise; Elderly people with visual, auditory, dizzying or other impairments that impair locomotion and balance;
Elderly with other neuropsychiatric conditions;
Frequency less than 70% in the program.
