1. Patients aged 18 years or more
2. Patients suspected having pancreatic mass larger than 3 cm on CT or MRI
1. Pancreatic mass had predominant cystic component
2. Uncontrolled coagulation disorders (PT-INR >1.5 or platelet count < 50,000 /µL)
3. Decompensated cardiopulmonary diseases
4. Failure to acquire informed consent
5. Unfit for EUS due to surgically altered anatomy or gastroduodenal obstruction
