Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients with Tetralogy of Fallot undergoing definitive intra-cardiac repair. 2. Both gender. 3. Patients willing to give valid informed consent for CTA, CATH, ECHO and surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing palliative procedure for TOF. 2. Pregnant patients 3. Patients with renal dysfunction 4. Urgent or Emergency surgery 5. Unwilling Patients
