入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 18 years or more
- •2. Patients suspected having pancreatic mass larger than 3 cm on CT or MRI
排除标准
- •1. Pancreatic mass had predominant cystic component
- •2. Uncontrolled coagulation disorders (PT-INR >1.5 or platelet count < 50,000 /µL)
- •3. Decompensated cardiopulmonary diseases
- •4. Failure to acquire informed consent
- •5. Unfit for EUS due to surgically altered anatomy or gastroduodenal obstruction
