- •1. All patients with Tetralogy of Fallot undergoing definitive intra-cardiac repair. 2. Both gender. 3. Patients willing to give valid informed consent for CTA, CATH, ECHO and surgery.

- •1. Patients undergoing palliative procedure for TOF. 2. Pregnant patients 3. Patients with renal dysfunction 4. Urgent or Emergency surgery 5. Unwilling Patients
