Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients with Tetralogy of Fallot undergoing definitive intra\-cardiac repair. 2\. Both gender. 3\. Patients willing to give valid informed consent for CTA, CATH, ECHO and surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing palliative procedure for TOF. 2\. Pregnant patients 3\. Patients with renal dysfunction 4\. Urgent or Emergency surgery 5\. Unwilling Patients
