Inclusion Criteria
1)Age = 18 years old<br>2)Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0-1 before stroke<br>3)Acute ischemic anterior circulation stroke, and onset within 72 hours<br>4)CT and/or MR confirmation of ischemic stroke.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Intracranial hemorrhage<br>2)Severe limb infection that has not been effectively controlled<br>3)Recent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities<br>4)Large area of ulcerative rash<br>5)Bleeding tendency, malignant tumor, and psychiatric illness are not eligible<br>6)Severe aortic calcification, aneurysm, and poor blood pressure control<br>7)The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
