Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients over 18 years of age who have an indication for upper or lower limb orthopedic surgery with the possibility of using a tourniquet.
- •2\.Consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age below 18 years
- •History of hypertension
- •Havin obvious vascular disease
- •History of taking anticoagulant drugs
