- •2.Patients aged 55-80 years
- •3.ASA-1,2,3 physical status
- •4.Scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia
- •5. No history of allergy or sensitivity to any of the studied local Anesthetics
排除标准
- •1. Patients refused to give consent for the study
- •2. Elderly frail patients who cannot give consent for the study 3.Neuromuscular disorders
- •4. Bleeding disorders
- •5. Morbid obesity
- •6. Infection at the local site 7.Uncooperative patients
