- •Patients with BMI of 18.5-22.9 kg/m2

- •Patients undergoing surgery with moderate to severe blood loss.
- •Patients who are allergic to pre-treatment or study drugs.
- •Patients with an anticipated difficult airway intubation.
- •Systemic disorders like cardiovascular , pulmonarv, hepatorenal, metabolic diseases.
