1.Patients having sign & symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus type II.
2.Fasting blood glucose level > 110 mg/dl
3.P.P blood sugar level > 140 mg/dl
4.HbA1c > 6.0% or above 42 mmol/mol
5.Patients eligible for Virechana Karma.
1.Patient with D.M Type I.
2.Patients suffering from secondary diabetes.
3.Patients suffering from any severe systemic illness.
4.Hypertensive patient with B.P > 200/100 mm of Hg.
5.Patients suffering from Diabetogenic Renal complications.
6.Other contraindication for Virechanakarma indicated in text.
