入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Adequate mouth opening( > 30mm)
- •2. Impacted mandibular third molar present with similar extraction difficulty index as per Pederson difficulty index (mesioangular and vertical) and class I and class II with position A and position B according to Pell and Gregory classification. Which need to be removed surgically.
- •3. Patients belonging to ASA I(American society of anaesthesiology) category.
- •4. Patients who are willing to undergo the surgical procedure of transalveolar extraction
排除标准
- •1. Systemic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, bleeding disorders, any autoimmune diseases)
- •2. Pregnant patients and lactating mothers
- •3. Teeth affected with acute infections, such as pericoronitis, an acute alveolar abscess at the time of presentation
- •4. Patient allergic to local anaesthesia.
- •5. Patient undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
- •6. Alcoholic patients and patients with smoking habits
- •7. Patient allergic to penicillin or other drugs which will be used in the standardized postoperative therapy.
