Inclusion Criteria
Patients with severe chronic constipation with high anal pressure accompanying ultra-slow waves in manometric study.
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of heart diseases including heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, etc. Hirschsprung disease,
Secondary anal stenosis after surgery,
Patients who can't measure the dose of ointment applied the perineum. If such patient is in aid of personnel managing the treatment, he (she) could be enrolled in the study.
