1. Parents who are daily smokers, have been smoking for the past 6 months, and have a child less than 10 years old.
2. Should have a permanent phone number, live within a 10-kilometer radius of the Centre and have no plans to move within the next six months.
3. Parents who provide informed consent and who are willing to participate for the study duration
1. Parents who are smokeless tobacco users, use electronic cigarettes, or are taking smoking cessation treatment.
2. Children with any renal metabolic disorders.
3. Smoker parents who are unwilling follow up/ to be contacted in future
4. Smoker parents who are unwilling to sign the consent forms
5. Parents who live farther (more than 10kms) away from the study centre or have a plan to move from the current place within a year.
