Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient who underwent laparotomy, upper abdominal surgery
- •2\. Patients who have stable vital parameters post\-surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patient with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
- •2\.patients with cognitive impairment
- •3\.patients with neurological disorder such as stroke, parkinson disease
- •4\.patients with severe post operative complications
