Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient who underwent laparotomy, upper abdominal surgery
  • •2\. Patients who have stable vital parameters post\-surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patient with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • •2\.patients with cognitive impairment
  • •3\.patients with neurological disorder such as stroke, parkinson disease
  • •4\.patients with severe post operative complications
