Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age above 18years
  • •2\. Patients undergoing electrophysiological studies (diagnostic or therapeutic) by femoral venous puncture

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. History of bleeding or clotting disorders
  • •2\. History of spinal problems or back pain
  • •3\. History of urinary retention
  • •4\. EPS done under deep sedation or General anesthesia
  • •5\. Hemodynamic instability
  • •6\. Heparin usage of more than 4000Iu
  • •7\. Patients with accidental arterial puncture
