Patients with ASA grade I, II and III undergoing total knee replacement surgery, meniscectomy, posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) repair and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repair with plan combining spinal epidural anaesthesia.
Patients with-
Infected and bilateral TKA
History of stroke
Major neurological defect
The chronic use of opioid or steroidal agents,
Those with bleeding-coagulation disorder,
Any spinal pathology that contraindicates neuraxial Blockade.
Patients who refuse to give consent.
