入选标准
- •Satisfaction to participate in the study
- •Age group 20-80 years
- •At least 3 months have passed since the stroke occurred.
- •Shoulder pain and shoulder paralysis have started after ischemic stroke.
- •The severity of the shoulder pain is based on the vas criterion of at least 4 or more for at least 3 months.
排除标准
- •Not being able to express the severity of pain
- •Surgical history on the shoulder
- •Use of oral hives 3 days before the study
- •Intraocular infusion or other interventions affecting shoulder in the past month
- •Taking high dose warfarin (INR above 4)
- •Trauma history on shoulders
- •Patients receiving a cardiac pacemaker
- •Moderate to severe depression
- •crps based on patient examination
- •History of shoulder pain before a stroke
- •Based on the examinations, no mechanical causes for pain should be noted.
