Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. All adult patients of age above 18 years
  • •2\. Receiving invasive mechanical ventilation via Endotracheal Tube
  • •3\.Undergoing SBT trial for \>\= 30 minutes\- 120 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with Tracheostomy or other alternative methods of ventilation.
  • •2\.Diagnosed with Neuromuscular disease, organophosphate poisoning.
  • •3\.Neurosurgical patients
