Inclusion Criteria
Pain present in the cervical region radiating to the back of the head, top of the shoulders, shoulder blades, upper arms and hands.
Neck stiffness and Difficulty in flexion, extension and lateral rotation of neck, Numbness and paraesthesia of neck or shoulders or upper limbs,
Neck Disability Index score should be equal or greater than 40%,
Shoulder abduction pain relief sign – positive
Lhermitte’s sign and Spurling’s sign – positive
Chin chest test - positive
Exclusion Criteria
Known case of
Traumatic injury
Tuberculosis of bone
Extra cervical rib
Pyogenic bone infection
Vertebral fracture
Tumour in vertebral body
Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
