Inclusion Criteria
Married / unmarried women aged between 15-35 years
Amenorrhoea / oligomenorrhoea
Irregular menstruation
Hirsutism
Polycystic ovary in ultrasound (Unilateral / Bilateral).
Patients who are willing to co-operate for specific and routine blood investigations.
Patients who are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Hyperthyroidism /Hypothyroidism
Congenital uterine defects
Pituitary /adrenal disorders
Haemorrhagic / chocolate cyst
Breast feeding mothers
Tuberculosis of ovary or uterus
Any other systemic illness
