Inclusion Criteria
Healthy patients of both the gender
Age group : 18-45 years
Bilateral impacted mandibular third molar
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with medical problems
Patients who were allergic to had a history of adverse effects with test drugs
Patients with long-term use of corticosteroids that would obscure assessment of the inflammatory response
Pregnant or lactating women
