Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women residing in ward no 6 under Tezpur Municipality Ward.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women aged between 40\-60 years.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women who report irregular menstrual cycles within past one year .
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women who are residing in urban areas of Tezpur.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women having primary education.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women who have experienced an induced menopause, due to several medical conditions such as hysterectomies, ovariectomies, radiation or chemotherapy.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women who report severe physical illness , mental illness.
- •ââ?¬Â¢Women on medications such as anxiolytics, anti\-depressants , to avoid treatment ââ?¬â??related effects
