Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) All patients undergoing curative intent surgery for Oral Cancer at MCC
  • 2\) Able to read and write English or Malayalam.
  • 3\) Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 70\.
  • 2\) Patients with known psychiatric illness, CNS disorders, dementia, neurological diseases or other uncontrolled chronic illnesses on treatment
  • 3\) Patients without a responsible caretaker, staying in orphanages, old age homes or shelter homes or bedridden.
  • 4\) Patients found to have relapse or recurrence at follow up
  • 5\) Patients with congenital or developmental anatomical or phhysiological disorders
  • 6\) History of previous radiotherapy, chemotherapy
