Inclusion Criteria
Circumferential grade II symptomatic haemorrhoids irrespective of age and gender.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Associated anaorctal sepsis
2. Associated colonic malignancy or inflammatory bowel disease
3. Associated anal sphincter pathology
