Inclusion Criteria
i.All patients with hemorrhoids who present in the Surgery Out Patient Department of a tertiary care hospital in western Maharashtra.
ii.Age: All age groups.
iii.Sex: Both males and females.
Exclusion Criteria
i.Patients with history of prior surgery for anal disease (anal fissure, fistula, abcess, cancer or hemorrhoids).
ii.Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
