Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.Short stature (Height \<150 cm)
- •3\.Patients with allergy to local anesthetic drug
- •4\.Pre\-existing or pregnancy\-induced hypertension, preeclampsia, cardiovascular, and cerebral diseases
- •5\.Placenta previa/ Placental abruption
- •6\.Foetal distress or foetal abnormalities
- •7\.Multiple gestations
